60-Day MVP Development Guarantee

Your software MVP. Live in 60 days. If we miss the agreed date for reasons under our control, we pay you $6,000.

Launch a production-ready software MVP through a fixed-scope, milestone-driven development program — without open-ended timelines or uncontrolled budgets.

Limited to three newly accepted projects per month. Built for serious businesses with a validated problem, an approved budget, and the ability to make decisions quickly.

3

Most MVP delays are created before the first meaningful release

The product idea may be viable. The budget may exist. The developers may be capable. Yet the project still becomes slower, more expensive, and less focused every month.

01

The scope never truly closes

New features enter development before the core product is complete, so the launch date has nothing solid to protect.

02

Nobody defines finished

A feature list exists, but measurable acceptance criteria do not. The team argues about done in the last two weeks.

03

Milestones measure activity

Meetings, designs, and code are reported without usable business outcomes. Busy is not the same as launched.

04

Accountability stays vague

The client carries the cost when estimates or delivery promises fail. We replace that with a signed scope, an acceptance matrix, and a date with money behind the part we control.

We replace that uncertainty with a controlled launch system: one approved scope, one acceptance matrix, one accountable delivery team, four payment stages, and one clearly defined deadline.

What the 60-day MVP program delivers

Product definition

Business goals, intended users, core workflows, priorities, constraints, and success criteria — written before engineering scales.

Locked MVP scope

A signed feature boundary that protects the timeline and budget from uncontrolled expansion.

UX and interface design

Responsive, brand-aligned journeys for the agreed web or mobile experience. Screen count and depth are documented before Day 1.

Application engineering

Frontend, backend, database, administration, permissions, and the integrations named in the signed scope.

Quality assurance

Functional testing, defect management, performance checks, and acceptance verification against the matrix.

Production deployment

Deployment to the agreed environment with source code, documentation, and handover.

Executive visibility

Weekly progress reporting against scope, milestones, risks, and required client decisions.

Post-launch stabilization

Fourteen calendar days after production launch to resolve qualifying defects. Ongoing growth sits on a separate support plan.

Exact inclusions are determined during qualification and documented in the signed Statement of Work. Additional functionality can be added through a later phase without disrupting the guaranteed launch. The default guaranteed release is one primary platform (web or mobile) unless qualification and the signed scope explicitly include more.

From approved scope to production in 60 days

A disciplined delivery sequence that gives you visibility without slowing the engineering team. The plan is detailed during technical qualification. The sequence may overlap internally, but the delivery commitment and agreed acceptance criteria remain unchanged.

$6,000

Guarantee

A real guarantee — with clear rules

We put $6,000 behind our delivery date.

If we miss the agreed 60-day delivery date for reasons under our control, we pay you USD $6,000, subject to the signed program eligibility and client-responsibility terms.

The guarantee applies when:

✓

The project has been formally accepted into the 60-Day MVP Program.

✓

The complete scope and acceptance matrix are signed before Day 1.

✓

You pay every milestone by its due date.

✓

One authorized decision-maker provides consolidated feedback within two business days.

✓

Required credentials, content, data, approvals, and third-party access are supplied on time.

✓

You do not add or alter functionality outside the signed scope.

❚❚

When the clock pauses. The delivery clock pauses for late feedback or payment, missing access or materials, scope-change requests, client-requested suspension, third-party approval delays, force majeure, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Transparency matters: the complete guarantee clause is shown in plain English before you apply and repeated in the final contract.

What does “complete” mean?

A deadline means little unless both parties agree on the definition of delivery. The MVP is considered complete when:

✓

All items in the signed Acceptance Matrix have been delivered.

✓

Critical and high-severity defects attributable to the agreed functionality are resolved.

✓

The application is deployed to the agreed production environment.

✓

Required technical documentation and handover materials are supplied.

✓

The agreed client training or handover session is completed.

Non-blocking cosmetic observations, optional improvements, third-party platform approvals (including app stores and payment providers), and functionality outside the approved scope do not prevent contractual completion unless specifically stated otherwise in the Statement of Work.

Not a 60-day fit

✕

An undefined concept.

✕

Research-heavy or experimental technology.

✕

A large-scale ERP replacement.

✕

Regulated clinical or financial infrastructure.

✕

Projects controlled by multiple slow committees.

✕

A scope expected to change continuously during development.

If the project is commercially promising but not ready for the 60-day program, we may recommend a paid Product Blueprint or a phased delivery plan instead.

Why this 60-day program

Fast delivery is useful only when it produces software the business can own, operate, and extend.

Accountability over vague promises

A documented scope, delivery date, acceptance matrix, milestones, pause rules, and a $6,000 payment if we miss a date we control.

A complete product team

Product strategy, design, architecture, engineering, QA, deployment, and handover under one accountable structure.

Global client orientation

A delivery model structured for US, Saudi, and international businesses, with executive visibility throughout the engagement.

Efficient engineering execution

Modern delivery systems and a Pakistan-based technical team, with weekly reporting a decision-maker can use.

Ownership and continuity

Source code, documentation, deployment access, fourteen-day stabilization, and an expansion path beyond the initial MVP.

Selective qualification

We accept only projects that can responsibly fit the guarantee — limited to three newly accepted projects per month — instead of making the promise to every inquiry.

What happens after you apply?

01

Application review.

We review your company, product objective, intended users, scope maturity, timeline, and budget range.

02

20-minute qualification call.

We confirm business fit, urgency, decision authority, and whether the project is suitable for technical review.

03

Solution workshop.

A senior product and technical discussion maps workflows, platforms, integrations, constraints, and delivery priorities.

04

Feasibility and scope decision.

We confirm whether the project qualifies directly, needs a Product Blueprint, or requires phased delivery.

05

Proposal and acceptance matrix.

You receive the recommended scope, commercial structure, milestones, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria.

06

Agreement, payment, and kickoff.

Once commencement conditions are complete, Day 1 begins and the delivery system activates.

Frequently asked questions about the 60-day MVP program

What counts as an MVP?

An MVP is the smallest production-ready version of a product that solves a defined problem for its intended users. It is not a clickable concept, and it is not every feature planned for the eventual platform.

Is UI/UX design included?

Yes, when included in the approved scope. The exact number of screens, design depth, responsiveness requirements, and brand inputs are documented before Day 1.

Can you build web and mobile applications?

Yes. The program can cover web applications, mobile applications, client portals, internal operations platforms, and selected SaaS products, subject to feasibility and scope. The default guaranteed first release is one primary platform. Web and mobile together in the same 60 days only if qualification and the signed scope say so.

What technologies will be used?

The stack is selected according to the product’s functional needs, security requirements, scalability, maintainability, integrations, and deployment environment. We recommend the architecture during qualification.

Who owns the source code?

Upon full payment, you receive the ownership and access rights defined in the agreement, including the agreed source code and handover materials. Any third-party or pre-existing components remain subject to their applicable licenses.

Can we change the scope after development starts?

Yes, but approved changes are assessed separately. They may affect cost, milestones, or the guaranteed delivery date. The original clock does not silently absorb additional work.

When does the 60-day clock begin?

Day 1 begins after the contract is signed, the initial 25% payment clears, the scope and acceptance matrix are signed, the client decision-maker is appointed, and all required starting materials and access are received.

How does the $6,000 guarantee work?

If we miss the agreed delivery date for reasons under our control and you have met the signed program obligations, we pay USD $6,000 according to the guarantee clause. Pause conditions are listed on this page.

Are app-store or third-party approvals guaranteed within 60 days?

We can prepare and submit the agreed application or integration, but approval timing controlled by Apple, Google, payment providers, government systems, or other third parties is excluded unless expressly stated otherwise in the Statement of Work. Those waits pause the clock when they sit on the critical path.

What happens if client feedback is late?

The delivery clock pauses for the corresponding delay and any reasonable remobilization time documented under the agreement.

Is post-launch support included?

Fourteen calendar days of stabilization after production launch for qualifying defects. Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, enhancement, and product growth can be provided under a separate support plan.

What if our project is too large for 60 days?

We can recommend a phased roadmap, with a focused first production release delivered under an appropriate timeline and later modules scheduled separately. We will not stretch the guarantee over a scope it cannot honestly cover.

How much does the program cost?

Qualified engagements generally begin around USD $25,000. Final pricing depends on platforms, workflows, screens, integrations, data, security, and design requirements. The price is fixed against the approved scope.

How is this different from /mvp-development/ and /ai-mvp-development/?

/mvp-development/ is a time-boxed first product with a date to stop. /ai-mvp-development/ is a model-backed proof. This page is the fixed-scope 60-day launch program with the $6,000 delivery guarantee, for projects that qualify.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. A mutual NDA can be completed before confidential product, commercial, or technical information is reviewed.

From approved requirements to production in 60 days

If your business problem is validated and the MVP can be responsibly locked into a focused scope, we can take it from approved requirements to production in 60 days — with $6,000 behind the date we control.

Tell us what you need to launch

This application helps us determine whether your project can responsibly qualify for a fixed scope and 60-day delivery commitment. It should take approximately five minutes.

Thank you. We will review your application and respond within one business day. If the project appears suitable, we will invite you to a short qualification call. Submission does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

We use this application to see whether the program is a fit. It is not an acceptance. Privacy Policy.
