Serious discovery uses senior time. If it is free, it becomes a pitch. If it is paid, we can tell you that the idea is not a 60-day MVP, or that the integration you want is the real project. You are buying judgment, not a brochure.

Recommended first production slice.
Workflows and screen map for that slice.
Architecture and named integrations.
Acceptance criteria a later contract can use.
Risks, open questions, and decisions you still owe.

Typically two to three weeks of calendar time, with a small number of working sessions in overlap hours. We need one decision-maker, any existing documents, and access to someone who knows the current process. At the end there is a readout, not a disappearing Google Drive.
After the Blueprint
Build with Suraket
The Blueprint becomes the backbone of a Statement of Work — including the 60-day program if the slice qualifies.

Your team, or another vendor, can implement from a document that already made the hard choices.
