We’re a delivery-first software studio.
Software built to be owned, operated, and grown.
Suraket helps companies turn a defined product problem into working software — with a named team, a clear plan, and delivery you can inspect every week.
Let’s Talk
Our story
Suraket started with a simple frustration: too many software projects look busy and still fail to reach a date the business can use. Scope stays open. Feedback arrives late. Nobody owns the finish line.
We built the studio around the opposite habit. Define the problem. Lock the first useful release. Put a senior person on the work. Show progress in language a founder or CTO can follow. Then ship, hand over, and stay available for the next phase.
Today we work with companies in the United States, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan. Strategy and client communication sit close to North American working hours. Engineering is led from Islamabad. The point is not “offshore.” The point is one accountable team that can design, build, and deliver without handing the client a puzzle of vendors.
We are still a focused studio, not a holding company. That is deliberate. The people on this page are the people who will still be in the conversation after the contract is signed.

“A project is not a collection of tickets. It is a date, a scope, and a team that will still answer the phone after launch.”

CEO & Co-Founder

Abdul talks about why Suraket exists, how we choose work, and what a serious client should expect in the first thirty days.
Have a product that needs a serious team?
Let’s TalkHow we keep the craft sharp
We do not run a separate university brand, and we do not send visitors to a lab microsite. The work below happens inside the studio, then shows up in client delivery.
Practice Studio
A protected block of time for the team to try architecture patterns, AI workflows, integrations, and delivery tools before they are promised to a client. The output is a working sample, a written finding, or a decision we can reuse — not a slide deck that never reaches production.

Craft Programme
Recurring design reviews, pairing, architecture walkthroughs, and writing practice. Senior people teach on live work. Newer engineers learn the Suraket standard for estimation, testing, and client communication. This is internal development, not a public course catalog.

Community we stand with
We work from Pakistan as well as for international clients. Part of that responsibility is supporting organizations that already do serious work in education, healthcare, and social welfare.
The Citizens Foundation
Education for children who would otherwise be left out of a classroom.
Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital
Specialist cancer care and research in Pakistan.
Akhuwat Foundation
Interest-free social finance and community programs.
Edhi Foundation
Emergency, ambulance, and welfare services that reach people other systems miss.
Our people
The leadership team stays close to delivery. If you hire Suraket, these are the roles that own the relationship, the architecture, and the operating rhythm.

Abdul Wahab
CEO & Co-Founder
Abdul sets the standard for which work we take and how we behave once we take it. He cares about scope that can actually ship, honest dates, and a client who always knows who to call.

Zakria
CTO
Zakria owns technical direction: architecture, engineering quality, AI where it belongs in a product, and the production path from first commit to handover.

Rashid Ghafoor
COO
Rashid runs the operating system of the studio: staffing, delivery cadence, commercial follow-through, and the unglamorous work that keeps a project from drifting.
Delivery leadership
Head of Delivery
This person owns sprint health, client reporting, and the last mile to production.
How we measure our work
We would rather show operating proof than a shelf of plaques.
01
A date the business can use
Every serious engagement has a first production target, written acceptance criteria, and a named owner on our side.
02
Software the client can keep
Source, documentation, and access are part of handover. The product should not collapse if the original vendor relationship changes.
03
Weekly visibility
Decision-makers see progress, risks, and required decisions in plain language — not a dump of tickets.
04
Work we will not take
Undefined concepts, committee-stalled programs, and scopes that cannot honestly fit the promised window are declined or redirected to paid discovery.
A short history
Founding.
Suraket is built as a focused software studio, not a staffing marketplace.
Islamabad engineering.
Product, design, and engineering capability is concentrated where the team can sit together and review work in person.
Canada-facing company.
Client communication, commercial ownership, and North American working-hour overlap are treated as part of delivery, not an afterthought.
Markets.
Work for companies in the United States, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan.
Now.
Custom software, AI-backed products where the use case is real, project rescue, and a small set of offered programs with clear commercial terms.
